UNIT South-West was born only a year later than the North. This technical center was opened in 1996. For more than twenty years, Yugo-Zapad has been known as a high-quality and reliable automotive service for servicing premium cars.

The technical station is clearly visible from the Moscow Ring Road - it is located on the inner ring between Kaluga and Kyiv highways. UNIT South-West works with brands: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Mini, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover. The technical station offers all types of vehicle maintenance services:

Car BMW X5 F15. At the end of April 2019, I noticed traces of oil in the parking lot between the rear wheels, and at the nearest garage service station with a lift they concluded that it was necessary to change the shank gear oil seal. I ordered the parts and went to UNIT for a replacement, because the work is not the easiest, you need experience and a special puller. They did it in 2 days, while at the same time sentencing the suspension floor to replace it (it failed).

After 2 weeks, this same gearbox began to hum, at speeds of 60-70 km/h, especially loudly, like in Ikarus.

I come back to UNIT, the next day the receptionist Dmitry calls (you will recognize him by his burr), he says that this is a coincidence, but the gearbox needs to be replaced, this is a disease of these bodies, all the arrows have been taken away from themselves. Then I dial a service that deals specifically with BMW gearboxes. They said that this gearbox does not have any disease, and the hum is solely due to the poor quality work of UNIT.

I took the car to a specialized BMW service center on the recommendation of bmwclub. Oh miracle! A day later the car was returned without any noise. The nut was simply not tight enough. And yes, everything is ok with the suspension.

I called the burry Dmitry again at UNIT, in 10 minutes he found a bunch of more excuses that the gearbox was finished, and I just extended his life a little.

It’s up to you to decide whether to go to this place or not, but I won’t set foot there again!

Update from 07/22/2019:
UPD. Today the service management called, apologized for the current situation, promised to deal with the culprits of the problem, admitted the mistake and compensated for the costs of solving the problem. I respect this position, because anyone can make a mistake, but the most important thing is to admit it, the management admitted it, that’s why I’m adding to the review. Going forward with your clients deserves praise in this case.

We washed and cleaned the radiator in half a day, checked all the pipes, and selected coolant for my car. During the repair, the car was not scratched or damaged. Delivered at the specified time.

We found and eliminated the creaking in the suspension within an hour; the stabilizer bushings were broken. They didn't charge much for the work; the bushings were more expensive. But now nothing creaks.

Adequate service. There are always free lifts, they do absolutely everything, they give a guarantee. Spare parts are in stock, help with the choice of price = quality. It's nice to deal with professionals.

We changed the inner CV joint on the Passat for half a day, there were some problems during disassembly, something wouldn’t come off. In fact, I had to buy another hub nut and lubricant. But now, when turning, there is deathly silence in the cabin, no crunching, no crackling.

Wheel alignment without queues, on modern equipment and, most importantly, with high quality.
Everything was set to factory tolerances, and the car began to behave more confidently on the road. Positive recommendations.

They work strictly according to the price list, they are not afraid of complex repairs, they bring everything to its logical conclusion. I can say with confidence that Unit is one of the best services for MSK.

I'm happy with the service. All the scheduled work on the car was done quickly, everything was described in detail in the work completion certificate, and what I paid for was clear. Solid 5!!!

We painted the car, straightened it, pulled out the side members on the Audi after the accident. I am satisfied with the work and quality, everything is in size, at first glance you would not understand that the car was restored. You don't often meet such specialists.

The piezo injector was repaired quickly and efficiently. They provided an extended warranty, albeit under certain conditions. In any case, it turned out cheaper than buying a new one. The masters really have their heads and hands.

It was my first time at Unit. I liked the attitude towards the client, as well as the pricing policy. The fact that you can watch the renovation process while sitting at a table in a restaurant is also a good idea. In general, the impressions from the first visit are only positive. I'll be coming here in February for an oil change.

Repairs are inexpensive and high quality. They had electrical and chassis problems - they found all the faults and corrected them promptly. The fact that the service has its own store with spare parts makes Unit an almost ideal service, at least for me.

Masters with extensive experience. All the faults I handled with my BMW were identified quickly and accurately, and they were also quickly eliminated due to the availability of spare parts in stock. For me, as a regular customer, they offer discounts on spare parts, which is especially nice.

I only change the oil at Volochaevskaya, because I know that the service does not deal with nonsense and does not slip in counterfeit goods. The oil is taken from the factory, so the quality is good. From replacement to replacement, no wastage or topping up.

I liked the coordinated work of all service departments. The necessary spare parts were quickly found, delivered and replaced just as quickly. Immediately after replacing the shock absorbers and levers, we did a wheel alignment.

The spare parts warehouse in Unit is like rubber, no matter what spare parts you need - they are always in stock, at the market price. The mechanic does not delay the replacement. It is clear that the team is well-coordinated and the work is well organized.

More than affordable prices for repairs do not in any way affect the quality of the work performed. The technicians are always kept informed and, if necessary, allowed into the repair area to make a decision on replacing or restoring a particular component of the car. This is my second year servicing my car with them and I don’t regret it one bit.

LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SERVICE

They don’t push you with their own spare parts, you can come with your own - the craftsmen ask you questions without asking any questions, look at the condition of other components during the repair process, and if there is a need for intervention, they talk and show you. So far there are no comments about the service.

I was pleasantly pleased with the attitude and pricing policy. The timing belt on a 2.5 liter engine was replaced without any problems.

I have repeatedly contacted Volochaevskaya, the mechanics are experienced, problems and malfunctions are determined accurately and quickly, they don’t delay replacement, and the fact that spare parts can be bought on the spot is a big plus. To the chefs of the restaurant, special words of gratitude, the food is always tasty, fresh and satisfying. Keep it up!!!

Experienced locksmiths are great at understanding Folders. No matter how many times I drove by, the cause of the knocking and creaking was found literally immediately and unmistakably; after the repair, the car came to life and did not cause problems. I have only positive recommendations.

I don’t know who else goes to the officials, who have only one solution - replacing it with a new spare part, and even for a bag of money. On Volochaevskaya everything is much simpler and cheaper, if there is no need to change a spare part or restoration will solve the problem 100% - they restore it; if a replacement is needed - they recommend analogues, which are in no way inferior in quality to the originals. In general, the guys chose the right vector - they are trying to be as efficient and cheap as possible for clients, without sacrificing quality and the final result.

I’m not a frequent visitor to Unit, because the guys do everything once and for a long time, you don’t have to travel and are afraid that something will fall off, plus they only install high-quality parts, they directly advise you to avoid Chinese spare parts. Maintenance will be done soon and of course I will carry it out only at Volochaevskaya.

I know that the unit will do everything as expected, will not install Levandos and will not be separated for additional repairs. I only go to them for repairs.
