Healing bijma mantras for each chakra. Osho Chakra Singing (Sounds of the Chakras, Chakra Sounds Meditation) Mantras for the chakras

This meditation is a gradual awakening of Kundalini and opening of the chakras.

Chakra Dhyana is an ancient Indian method of awakening the Kundalini energy and opening the chakras. By listening to this video, you help your Kundalini move up through the chakras, starting with muladhara and ending with sahasrara, completing the process with meditation of unity with cosmic Energy, opening to higher dimensions and states of consciousness.

Meditation brings balance and harmony to our senses, expands consciousness and calms a restless mind. You will hear powerful mantras mainly - bija mantras (root mantras for each chakra and Kundalini awakening). You will be guided by the voice of Master Krishnaraja Bhagavandas, who lives in a monastery in South India and achieved a state of enlightenment at a young age. Therefore, even the sound of the Master’s voice, his vibrations will align your chakras and Kundalini with their original (correct) vibrations.

All you have to do is relax and listen. Excellent special effects make everything even more understandable and clear. Trust your intuition; simply feeling the vibration of your voice is enough to understand the meaning of words in whatever language they are spoken. This meditation is best done with headphones. The most preferred position for this sound meditation is to sit up straight without slouching, close your eyes and follow the meditation below. Relax as much as possible. When pronouncing chakra mantras in meditation, concentrate on these areas; when pronouncing the Kundalini mantra, visualize its rise. If you cannot relax in a sitting position, then it would be better to lie down in savasana*. It is better to do meditation in a position in which you can completely relax and remove all thoughts from your head.

Each bija mantra is chanted 7 times, at this time visualize each center, after which the main mantra Kundalini Aro Ha Nam is chanted. It always sounds after each chakra, thereby you activate and strengthen the chakras by raising Kundalini energy to them. Imagine how the chakra is filled with a golden flow of energy (light).

Mantras for chakras:

Muladhara chakra: Lang

Svadhisthana chakra: Wang

Manipura chakra: Rank

Anahata chakra: Yang

Vishuddha chakra: Hang

Ajna chakra: AUM

Sahastrara chakra: Ogum Satyam OM

Notes:

During the process of meditation, warming may appear in the back (spine) and in the chakra areas - this is the work of Energy, and there is no need to be afraid of it.

Meditation is based on working with the chakras to awaken them with a gradual rise in Kundalini energy.

Each time you raise Kundalini more and more - thereby more and more revitalizing and awakening your chakras.

After meditation, you can sit quietly for a while with your eyes closed, delving into the acquired sensations.

"Shava" or "mrita" means corpse. The purpose of Savasana is to imitate a corpse. When life has left the body, it lies in one position, no movements are possible. Savasana is a position lying on your back on a straight horizontal surface. In this case, the legs are straight, shoulder-width apart, the tips of the feet are in different directions from the body, and the arms are straight, palms up (required) at an angle of approximately 45% to the body, without a pillow. The condition of the muscles of all parts of the body must be completely relaxed in the following order: from the tips of the toes to the hip joints, from the tips of the fingers to the shoulder joints, the torso from the crotch to the neck, the neck to the base of the skull, the head. Relax your head in approximately the following sequence: back of the head, crown, sides and ears, cheeks, lips, tongue, nose, forehead, eyes. Relaxation of the forehead and eyes is a necessary condition; without this, it will not be possible to relax the body and “stop” the mind. During relaxation, you should try to relieve (dissolve) tension where it is felt. A fairly effective technique is to look at the main joints and relieve the feeling of tension in them. If you manage to remove the feeling of tension in a joint, then all the muscles associated with this joint relax by themselves. The breathing should first be quite deep, slow and rhythmic, then natural, and finally it should be “released”, allowing it to flow as it wishes. It is advisable to simply forget about breathing. The main difficulty of Savasana is to relax the mind. He must become absolutely calm, motionless, free from all thoughts and ideas, as in a deep, dreamless sleep, but awake.

Mantra sounding in the background:

Sri Bhagavati is the female aspect of the Supreme Consciousness.

Sameta - communion, unity.

Sri Bhagavate is the male aspect of the Supreme Consciousness.

Namaha - greeting, reverence and concentration on the Higher Power of the Universe.

As the frequencies of vibration of the Earth and the consciousness of people increase, a change in vibrations occurs in human energy centers: Chakras open, reflecting the presence of the New Time, and the Light fullness of all energy centers changes. Information about this comes to our world from different sources of Light, but has not yet become our everyday reality.

Concentration on the previous system of 7 chakras and their color scheme is a powerful fixation on old energies and vibrations for people walking the Spiritual path!

We invite you to - Activate the new colors of your Chakras and consciously initiate the presence of the chakras of the New Time in your energy space.

1. Our Root Center used to correspond to the fiery red color of the Earth's core.
Now it reflects the color of our Planet - blue

2. The sacral center previously showed an orange color, now it is a soft yellow (closer to honey). This is one of the new colors of this Time.

3. The solar plexus changes its color to red and loses its emphasis in our energy cocoon.

4. The emphasis shifts towards the Heart Center, which changes its color to pink.

5. The chakra of the New Age - the Thymus, which is a projection of the opening of our thymus gland, begins to manifest itself powerfully. It is located on the sternum in front of the xiphoid process. If you relax your hand and gently slap your fingertips into your chest, your fingers will unmistakably hit that spot.
The color is pale turquoise, but very dense and full!
By the time of the complete transition to a new vibrational frequency, the emphasis in our energy cocoon will shift to the area of this center. Or rather, the Heart Center and Thymus will open up so much that they will merge together, manifesting the energy of the Whole...
Our spiritual bodies have a memory of this chakra, which has been gradually activated recently as some DNA codes awaken in us. In different spiritual directions and schools it is called differently - Divine Heart... Diamond Heart... Lotus Heart..., but the essence of revealing this cent is the same - the manifestation of Divine Love

6. The opening of the Throat Center will lead us all to full realization on our Path.
Its color today is a deep purple Light!

7. As the vibrations in our energy bodies increase - Activated
Ascension chakra.. It is located in the dimple at the back of the head - at the base of the skull. Grab the back of your head with your fingers - and your thumb will definitely occupy this place. Relax your head and shake it back and forth with your fingers, allowing its energy to manifest itself.
The color of the Ascension Chakra is a deep purple Light!

8. Now is the time for powerful activation of the Pineal Gland in the center of our head. It broadcasts a thick emerald Light and reveals itself in layers. By the time it is fully revealed, it will show a rainbow glow...Until this moment, various shades unique to you are possible...

9. The Crown Chakra is completely affirmed by White Light.

10. Soul Chakra - crystal clear. It may be indicated that it is filled with prana bubbles. It is located at a distance of a well-extended palm above our crown.
Many of us know her by the name Alpha. Maintains connection with the Higher Self

11. The energies of the New Age activate the Christ Consciousness chakra in us - it is located at a distance of two outstretched palms above the head. Color - soft pearlescent...
Reflects the peculiarity of the energy of consciousness of our Galaxy (and possibly our entire Universe!). Connected with our Star Self.

12. Currently awakening and activating within us

Chakra I AM PRESENCE

It reflects the degree to which we accept the Creator within ourselves and connects us with our Divine Self. It is located at a distance of three outstretched palms above the crown of the head. You can feel its presence by stretching your arm up above your head, and then stretch it even higher as much as possible by a few centimeters - as much as you can. Any sensation of the presence of another energy will appear - a slight coolness... a breeze... a slight numbness... movement... The color of the I AM PRESENCE Chakra is Golden...

13. After the opening of all energy centers, the energy rushes down as a stream and activates the Earth chakra, which is located at a distance of an outstretched palm in the Earth
between the feet, continuing the center line of the spine. Many of us are familiar with this chakra called Omega. Color - brown (not very dark).

****Activation of new Chakras and initiation of colors of Light occurs in people who are open to new things and ready to move in their development together with the Planet. Raising vibrations depends on co-tuning with the Earth, balancing the ego, expanding the perception of the world and ideas about one’s capabilities, activating DNA codes and healing the state of the victim and accepting the consciousness of the Creator....

Perhaps all the listed Centers and Colors are already Activated for you. With this action we propose to bring more awareness into this process and establish it in your energy structure. If you feel a total YES within yourself to this Activation process, join...

ACTIVATION

It is better to sit with a straight spine, and during the expansion of intercellular spaces and the process of integrating new vibrations, lie down

A.Take time to relax... Soft deep breathing, with each exhalation relaxing the neck, shoulders, center of the abdomen and penetrating deeper into yourself. In the moments when we slow down, relax and listen to the sensations in the body or track our breathing, we connect with our Essence. Our internal channels of information perception are expanding. At this moment, our vibrations are already increasing...

B. Call on your Pyramid of Light and see yourself in it... Perhaps it has become the Pyramid of Ascension for you... If you are not yet familiar with this form of working with yourself, you can find out more at
Invite your Teachers, Mentors, Guides, Angels and Archangels around the Pyramid... - everyone who can support you with their presence in the Activation process.

How to work with chakras

There are SEVEN main chakras in the human body. Accordingly, there are also 7 exercises to activate the chakras. In what mode to perform the exercises is up to you. When working with chakras, there is only one rule - do not overdo it.

Choose 1 of 2 ways to work on activating your chakras. You can complete ALL the exercises in 1 day, or add 1 new exercise every day. It all depends on your feelings. If the body does not respond to pain, you can perform all the exercises on the chakras at once. The main thing to pay attention to is how your body reacts. As soon as you come across a serious block in the chakra, your body will let you know (pain symptoms, rapid heartbeat). At this moment it is important to STOP. And move on, slowly. If there is no pain, feel free to move on to the next exercise.

Activation of the chakras is the opening of the energy centers of the human body in order to control this energy. Everything around us consists of energy, and the higher the level of energy control, the more opportunities open to a person.

Activation of chakras by sound

Any music has a strong effect on the chakras. But the best tool for activating the chakras is the sound of your voice. Voice vibrations increase the flow of oxygen into the lungs and help your body relax, as well as stimulate the internal organs and every cell of the body.

Chanting the sound OM
The sound “OM” brings the internal organs into a state of harmony and balance. It is traditionally considered the sound of the Unity of all things in the Universe.

1. Take a comfortable position, relax.

2. Join your hands in the “Namaste” position, raise your tongue to the sky. Close your eyes and say a long “OM”, imagining yourself absorbing energy from the first chakra.

3. Allow the vibration from the first chakra to spread to the rest, reaching the seventh.
Continue saying “OM”, feeling a slight vibration in the cells and organs of your body.
The vibrations increase, causing your body to vibrate to the rhythm of your voice.

4. Start moving to this natural rhythm, without stopping saying “OM”.
Imagine how the vibration of your body goes beyond its limits and spreads around.
Feel how every cell rhythmically pulsates to the sound “OM”. It spreads throughout space, and you float on its waves, expanding the boundaries of your consciousness.

5. Imagine how the entire Universe is filled with vibrations of this sound, and you become one with the cosmos.

Joyfully respond with your body to the vibration of your voice, feeling how each chakra opens - a lotus flower of a unique shape. Silently observe your body as if from the outside, feel the energy body healthy, happy and peaceful. Feel how your heart radiates streams of joy and peace.

Vowel singing systemJonathan Goldman

This system is based on the use of vowel sounds in combination with tones. Each chakra resonates with a specific tone. Low tones affect the lower chakras, and high tones affect the upper chakras.

There is also a direct relationship between individual parts of the body and vowel sounds, that is, certain vowels themselves are able to resonate with certain chakras. By combining a vowel sound with a tone, we obtain a formula for the most powerful sound effect simultaneously on the physical body and on the centers of subtle energy.

Instructions
In the process of singing, the will of a person is of great importance, that is, the intention that he puts into the sound. When performing the following exercise, concentrate your will on directing the sound to the part of the body where you want to create resonance. Before you begin the exercise, sit either on the floor or on a chair and find a comfortable position. You can place your hands on your knees or on the part of the body that you will work with. Sing each vowel sound in one breath. Breathing also plays an important role: before each sound, take a deep breath so that the air reaches the diaphragm.

Start the exercise with a short “U” (as if you are exhaling forcefully - “h-hu!”). This is the deepest guttural sound you can make. Focus your attention on the lower chakra, located at the base of the spine. The corresponding color for visualization is RED. Start singing the sound “U” at the lowest possible pitch. Let this sound be gentle and soft - special volume is not required in this case.

Close your eyes. Listen to yourself and determine in which part of your body the resonance has arisen (besides the larynx, which always acts as a resonator). Now focus your attention on your lower torso. Concentrating all your will, imagine how the sound resonates at the base of the spine and in the genital area. Vibration should occur in this area.

When this happens, you will feel that the vibration has captured the lower energy center, which is why harmony and balance are gradually established in it. Sing the sound "U" for one to two minutes or as long as you can do it without effort, but no longer than five minutes.

Now move on to the SECOND chakra. It corresponds to the long sound “U”, slightly less deep than the previous one (as in the word “young” - [yu-u-uny)), and from the colors - orange. Let this “U” sound a tone higher than the previous one, but just as softly (the same applies to all subsequent sounds).

Close your eyes and listen to your sensations: in what part of your body did the resonance arise? Focus your attention on the second chakra and the surrounding area and direct the sound there. Soon you will feel how, under the influence of resonance, the second chakra comes into harmony with the other energy centers.

Sing the sound "U" for one to two minutes. As in the case of the first “U”, you should not drag it out for more than five minutes (this also applies to other vowels). Once you have mastered this resonance technique sufficiently, you will be able to increase your chanting time.

The navel chakra, located a few centimeters above the navel, corresponds to the sound “O” (as in the word “years,” for example) and the color yellow. Start singing, low and soft, on a medium-high note. This sound should be higher than the previous one. Determine in which part of your body the resonance has arisen.

Now focus your attention on your navel and solar plexus and direct the sound there. Feel how the vibration fills this area, causing the chakra located there to gradually come into harmony with the others. Sing the "O" sound for one to two minutes.

The HEART chakra, located in the middle of the chest a little to the right of the heart itself, corresponds to the sound “A” (as in the word “master”) and the color green. Start singing a low, gentle sound “A” of medium height, but in a tone higher than the previous “O”. Feel the resonance in your body. Then focus on your heart chakra and direct the sound there. Under the influence of resonance, this chakra will gradually come into harmony with other centers. Continue the sound for one or two minutes.

The THROAT chakra, located in the larynx, corresponds to the sound “AI” and the color blue. Let the sound be as gentle as the others, but a tone higher than the previous one. Listen to the resonance within your body, and then focus your attention on the throat chakra and direct the sound there. Gradually, vibration will cover this chakra, and it will enter into harmonious balance with other chakras. Let the sound “AY” last for one or two minutes.

The THIRD EYE, located in the center of the forehead just above the eyes, is affected by the sound “HEY”. Indigo color is suitable for visualization. Sing the sound “Hey” quietly and softly, several tones higher than the previous “Ay”. Close your eyes and identify the area of resonance. Then focus on the third eye area and direct the sound there. Soon you will feel how the resonance harmonizes this chakra. Let the “Hey” sound for a minute or two.

The “Crown” - the UPPER chakra, located in the crown area - corresponds to the highest sound “I” that you can make. For visualization, use purple color.

Sing the vowel “I” at the highest note available to you. Men are encouraged to switch to falsetto. This sound, like all others, should be quiet and soft. Closing your eyes, feel how it resonates in your body. Then, focusing your attention on the upper energy center, direct the sound to that area.

Gradually, this chakra, under the influence of vibration, will merge into the general harmony. Sing the “I” sound like everyone else for a couple of minutes.

At the end of the exercise, which should take ten to twenty minutes, you may feel very dizzy. Sit quietly for a while, immersed in meditation and enjoying the sensations you experience.

What images are born in your imagination? What thoughts come to mind? This exercise stimulates the movement of energy from the lower chakra to the “crown”, having a powerful effect on the human body. If you want to direct the energy back to the starting point, make that deep, low “U” sound again that resonates with the lower chakra. It will immediately return energy to your physical body and help you regain your stability.

Translated from Sanskrit, the word “mantra” means “a thought that brings liberation and protection.” Mantras are words or sounds, the recitation of which puts a person into an altered state of consciousness. The Hindu tradition has thousands of mantras, each of which has its own purpose. Some mantras help a person to come into contact and merge with a deity or other supernatural entity. Others endow him with some special power - siddha. There are also mantras designed to activate the chakras through resonance. This chapter is devoted to the use of vowel sounds as mantras of this latter variety.

CHAKRAS
Chakras are energy centers located along the center line of the body. Clairvoyants describe them as whirlwind-like condensations of colors and sounds continuously changing each other. The main property of the chakras - constant movement - is reflected in their very name: the word “chakra” translated from Sanskrit means “wheel”.
Eastern traditions reliably keep the secret of the chakras from outsiders. However, Westerners did manage to obtain some information about this teaching from Indians and Tibetans. The concept of energy centers includes many occult and esoteric systems. Apparently, people endowed with special sensitivity are able to see these hidden sources of energy. One of my friends, for example, has seen luminous rotating disks on people’s bodies since childhood, and only after becoming acquainted with the doctrine of chakras did he realize the nature of this extraordinary phenomenon.
Although in Tibet and India the doctrine of chakras is part of the system of religious beliefs, its emergence is associated less with the characteristics of the cult than with an increased susceptibility to “subtle energy.” Currently, the concept of subtle energy is becoming increasingly recognized in the West. There is even an International Medical Society for the Study of Subtle Energy, which includes many doctors, scientists and representatives of alternative medicine. The doctrine of activation of internal - “subtle” - energy is used in such areas of medicine as acupuncture and homeopathy.

TEACHING ABOUT SUBSTRATE ENERGY

Subtle energy, unlike other forms of energy - for example, heat - is not accessible to precise measurement. Perhaps it is of an electromagnetic nature, but this is just an assumption. In most cases, subtle energy is not perceived either by ordinary people or by technology. However, it is accessible to people endowed with extrasensory abilities; In addition, the development of special ultra-sensitive devices capable of recording subtle energy is currently underway.
About half a century ago, Russian researchers Semyon and Valentina Kirlian discovered an unusual phenomenon, which later became known as the “Kirlian effect.” During experiments with photographic plates in a high-frequency electric field, the Kirlian spouses noticed that if you place a finger or hand on the plate, a certain luminous substance appears around them. The hue, saturation and width of the luminous halo vary depending on the physical and psychological state of the subject. The researchers suggested that they had found a way to measure the parameters of the human “aura,” which, as is commonly believed, can only be seen by mediums, clairvoyants and magicians.
Several years ago, Japanese scientist Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama developed a device that allows one to determine the parameters of the subtle body, including acupuncture points and chakras. Using highly sensitive photoelectronic equipment, Dr. Motoyama examined the bodies of yoga masters at the moment of chakra activation and recorded the light emitted by the chakras. With the help of other devices - highly sensitive current meters - Motoyama was able to monitor changes in skin current at acupuncture points.
As the number and availability of instruments needed for such experiments increases, more and more new researchers are able to achieve success in the field of identifying and measuring subtle energy. The science of chakras - the energy centers of the body - continues to develop steadily.
It should be noted that for us sound therapists, the concept of subtle energy is not new. According to our doctrine, every object in the Universe is in a state of vibration. Bodies endowed with different vibration frequencies must also have different densities. With the help of sound - and especially harmonics - a person can influence the flows and centers of subtle energy. In this chapter you will be offered the simplest technique, having mastered which, you will be able to carry out such an impact. But first, let's take a closer look at the chakra system itself.

CHAKRA LOCATION

Chakras are centers for the manifestation of energy that makes up the subtle body. As it moves away from the chakras, the energy becomes more and more dense, first forming acupuncture points, and then finally becoming denser and turning into the tissue of the physical body. Most esoteric traditions identify seven main chakras, located along the center line of the front of the body.
It is believed that the chakras are associated with the endocrine system of the body, that is, they are responsible for the functioning of the endocrine glands. In addition, chakras affect those parts of the physical body where they are located. Thus, many diseases can be the result of disturbances in the chakra system. Here is a list of chakras with their brief descriptions:
The lower, or root, chakra (in Sanskrit - mu-ladhara). Located at the base of the spine; also associated with the anus area. Responsible for the functioning of the adrenal glands. Determines the degree of vitality of the organism, its ability to survive.
Sacrum chakra (svadhisthana). Located three to five centimeters below the navel. Responsible for the functioning of the genital organs.
Navel chakra (manipura). Located around the navel. Associated with the digestive organs. This chakra is often called the source of the ability to self-control.
Heart chakra (anahata). Located in the center of the chest, between the nipples. Responsible for the functioning of the heart, respiratory system and thymus gland. This is the chakra of love and compassion.
Throat chakra (vishuddha). Located in the throat area. Responsible for the activity of the voice and hearing aids, as well as the thyroid gland. It is in charge of a person’s communication and creative abilities.
Frontal chakra (ajna). Located between the eyebrows. In esoteric systems it is referred to as the “third eye.” First of all, this chakra is associated with extrasensory abilities, imagination and the desire for God. There is no consensus regarding which gland the frontal chakra affects. Some traditions connect the third eye with the pineal gland. Others associate it with the functioning of the pituitary gland, the main gland of the endocrine system. 7. The highest chakra, the “crown” (in Sanskrit - “Sahas-rara”) is located at the top of the head. It is responsible for all aspects of the body’s life, both physiologically and spiritually. This chakra is the source of enlightenment and unity with God. In religious paintings, the highest chakra at the moment of opening is often depicted as a luminous halo surrounding the head of a saint. As with the third eye, opinions differ as to which gland this chakra affects: it is associated with both the pineal gland and the pituitary gland. The highest chakra is revealed completely extremely rarely (the only exceptions are the chakras of saints and true righteous people).
I will limit myself to just this short list. If you wish, you can easily find additional information about chakras in numerous books devoted to this issue. However, it should be borne in mind that there is no single, generally accepted teaching about energy centers. Different traditions associate different chakras with different glands and organs. There are especially many discrepancies when it comes to the first and second, as well as the sixth and seventh chakras. For example, in some systems the lower chakra is considered responsible for the sexual sphere; others correlate the activity of the genital organs with the sacral chakra. The discrepancies in the definition of the functions of the third eye and the “crown” were mentioned above. Some systems distinguish only five chakras in the body, bringing together the first and second, as well as the sixth and seventh chakras.
And yet there are more similarities between the numerous teachings about the chakras than differences. For example, the heart and throat chakras are strongly associated with the thymus and thyroid glands, respectively. Since we cannot measure the parameters of the chakras (Motoyama’s device is still under development), the only source of information about the chakras remains hypersensitive people who are able to perceive the energy contained in them. Perhaps the discrepancies in the descriptions of the chakras are explained by the fact that they came from people tuned to different frequencies of the electromagnetic field.

CHAKRAS AND SOUND

Each chakra resonates with a specific tone. Long ago, many years ago, I began to study various techniques for influencing the chakras using sound. It turned out that there are many such techniques and they are all quite effective. This left me completely confused: I was unable to understand how different sounds and frequencies could have the same effect. It was only later, when I became familiar with the concept of intention, that it became clear to me that the main driving force behind the effectiveness of all these techniques is, along with sound itself, the human will.
When working with chakras, it is extremely important to remember the close interdependence between the chakras and the areas of the body in which they are located. Disturbance in the functioning of the chakra entails physical illness, and vice versa, the restoration of harmony in the chakra is often followed by healing of the affected organ.
In addition, the activation (opening) of the chakras is associated with the transformation of consciousness and spiritual improvement. In the spiritual traditions of the East, there is the concept of a special kundalini energy, which lies dormant at the base of the spine - in the lower chakra. Once awakened, this energy begins to rise along the spine from chakra to chakra and eventually reaches the “crown.” As kundalini rises higher, activating the chakras one after another, a person gains more and more strength and abilities. Thus, the movement of kundalini from the “base” to the “crown” is a process of improvement and spiritual enlightenment, culminating in complete transformation. Many books are devoted to the mystery of kundalini, and almost all of them contain warnings about the danger that this powerful energy can pose if it is awakened prematurely, when a person is not yet ready to perceive it. I absolutely agree with this. Among other things, this circumstance contains another argument in favor of working with the sound of the voice as a way of transformation and self-improvement. Apparently, the energy of sound manifests itself only to the extent that a person is ready for it (you simply cannot make a sound that is too powerful for the oscillatory system that your body represents). Therefore, working with the sound of the voice does not pose the danger of opening your chakras too much. The sound of a voice cannot cause harm: it acts gently and carefully, without going beyond the range of natural frequencies of the human body.

Chakras and vowel sounds

Sound therapy techniques based on the use of vowel sounds seem to me to be the most effective. I learned this conviction mainly from working with students. I noticed that many of them have difficulty with mantras in an unfamiliar language - Sanskrit or Tibetan. And for a devout Christian, for example, it is strange and unusual to sing the bija mantra. However, with simple vowel sounds such problems cannot arise. In addition, the effect exerted by vowels is beyond doubt: you clearly feel how different parts of your body resonate with each vowel. For those who do not have experience working with the subtle body, this feeling of physical resonance helps to believe in the possibility of creating resonance in the centers of subtle energy: for example, if sound can stimulate the work of the stomach, then it can affect the etheric fields.
And finally, I took the work with vowels as the basis of my system because of the harmonics. As already mentioned, there are a number of special harmonics (called formants) that are directly related to vowel sounds. Each vowel not only contains the possibility of creating any harmonic, but also contains a number of special harmonics, always the same, which certainly accompany its pronunciation. It often happens that in the process of working with vowels as mantras, people begin to hear and produce vocal harmonics almost effortlessly.
Although there are many teachings about the effect of sound on the chakras, they all agree on the relationship between the chakras and pitch. Low tones affect the lower chakras, and high tones affect the upper chakras. This pattern also applies to the cavities of the human body. The lowest sounds available to the human voice resonate with the lower torso and affect the lower chakra. Mid-pitch sounds resonate with the middle part of the body. Certain tones from among them can affect the umbilical, heart and throat chakras. Higher tones, especially the highest frequencies of the vocal range, create resonance at the top of the head and affect the crown.
It can also be stated with a high degree of confidence that there is a direct relationship between individual parts of the body and vowel sounds, that is, certain vowels themselves are capable of resonating with certain chakras. This resonance technique is considered very ancient. Edgar Cayce claimed that ancient Egyptian priests used it to activate their energy centers. By combining a vowel sound with a tone, we obtain a formula for the most powerful sound effect simultaneously on the physical body and on the centers of subtle energy.
There are many therapeutic techniques based on the relationship between vowel sounds and chakras. They are based on a single principle, but there are some differences. Perhaps the reason for this is differences in pronunciation. Thus, the combinations “Eh” and “Aye” can mean the same sound “E”, or they can mean “E” and “Hey” or “E” and “Ay”.

SYSTEMS OF CORRESPONDENCE OF VOWEL SOUNDS AND CHAKRAS

Goldman system

This system is based on the use of vowel sounds in combination with tones. For several years now I have been working with it myself and teaching it to my students. I have never seen a more effective technique. This does not mean that some other method of working with vowels will not work for you, but my system is perhaps the most widely accepted in the world.
In the process of singing, the will of a person is of great importance, that is, the intention that he puts into the sound. It may even be that the intention is as important as the sound itself. I have already noted the special role of intention in previous chapters and will remind you of it more than once in the rest. When performing the following exercise, concentrate your will on directing the sound to the part of the body where you want to create resonance. As you become more experienced, you will understand that resonance, in essence, can be created in any part of the body (and in any chakra) using any sound. However, when performing this exercise, please focus your attention only on the chakras and areas of the body indicated in my instructions.
Before you begin the exercise, sit either on the floor or on a chair and find a comfortable position. You can place your hands on your knees or on the part of the body with which you will work (this sometimes helps to direct the sound more accurately and enhances its impact). Sing each vowel sound in one breath. When performing this exercise and in general during the singing process, it is recommended to carefully monitor your posture.
Breathing also plays an important role: before each sound, take a deep breath so that the air reaches the diaphragm (as a result of which the abdominal cavity expands). The rules of breathing technique are outlined in more detail in the tenth chapter. Diagram 8.2 illustrates the system of correspondence between vowel sounds and chakras. Perhaps it will help you with the exercise.
Start the exercise with a short “U” (as if you are exhaling forcefully - “h-hoo!”). This is the deepest guttural sound you can make. Focus your attention on the lower chakra, located at the base of the spine. The appropriate color for visualization is red.
Sing the “U” sound for one to two minutes, or as long as you can without effort, but no longer than five minutes.
Now move on to the second chakra. It is located three to five centimeters below the navel. It corresponds to the long sound “U”, slightly less deep than the previous one (as in the word “young” - [yu-u-uny]), and from the colors - orange.
Sing the "U" sound for one to two minutes.
The heart chakra, located in the middle of the chest a little to the right of the heart, corresponds to the sound “A” (as in the word “master”) and the color green. Start singing a low, gentle “A” sound of medium pitch, but in a tone higher than the previous “O”.
The third eye, located in the center of the forehead just above the eyes, is affected by the sound “Hey.” Indigo color is suitable for visualization.
The "crown" - the upper chakra, located in the crown area - corresponds to the highest sound "I" that you can make. For visualization, use purple color. Sing the “I” vowel at the highest note available to you.
Take the time to reflect and absorb new experiences. Remember how you felt as you prepared to begin the exercise. How do you feel now? Record all changes in your condition in your diary.

OTHER VARIETIES OF RESONANCE TECHNOLOGY

As mentioned above, there are several systems of correspondence between vowel sounds and chakras, diverging only in a few minor points. Along with my system, you can try them all and choose the most effective one. Figure 8.3 shows Randall McLellan's system. You can find its description in his book “The Healing Forces of Music” (Randall McClellan. The Healing Forces of Music).
Table 8.2 and Chart 8.4 show the vowel-chakra correspondence system developed by Kay Gardner (described in her book, Kay Gardner. Sounding the Inner Landscape); in table 8.3 and in diagram 8.5 - the system of Peter Michael Hamel (described in his book “Through Music to the Inner Self”).
These techniques, like mine, involve the principle of successively raising the tone. That is, the sound that resonates with the lower chakra should be sung at the lowest note you can produce, and the sound that resonates with the upper chakra should be sung at the highest. All these systems differ only slightly from the one proposed to you earlier. You can try them as alternatives or even combine them. Perhaps a combined scheme will suit you best. Remember: each person is a unique vibrational system, and what helps one may not necessarily benefit another.
After working with the resonance technique for some time, you may begin to discern some additional tones in the sounds of your own voice. These are harmonics. In the next chapter, I'll give you exercises that will help you learn to produce harmonics with purpose. However, it is likely that they will appear spontaneously in the process of singing vowel sounds. As you will learn in the next chapter, vocal harmonics significantly enhance the effects of resonance on the physical body and energy centers.

For cleansing, opening and awareness of the chakras (and aura). This meditation, along with music, uses singing to open and harmonize the chakras, helping to achieve deep inner silence.

The meditation lasts one hour and consists of two stages. The eyes remain closed throughout the meditation.

Music for meditation online (full track):

First stage
(⏰ 45 minutes).

Performed sitting, standing or lying down, at your discretion. If you are standing, relax your knees, but do not bend them too much. Keep your spine straight.

Breathe with your belly. The sound comes through a constantly open mouth. Don't forget to "let go" of the lower jaw, keep it relaxed. as well as shoulders and neck.

While listening to music, start singing and imagine the sound coming from your first chakra. Having heard an increase in the tone of the soundtrack, move on to the next chakra, also increasing the pitch of your singing.

Once you reach the seventh chakra, go back down the chakras. Just 3 laps.

Addition

By regularly performing this meditation, you can add color visualizations to the sound of each chakra:

  • 1st chakra - red, poppy color
  • 2nd chakra - orange, calendula color, orange blossom
  • 3rd chakra - yellow, the color of ripe lemon
  • 4th chakra - emerald color, color of spring grass
  • 5th chakra - blue, the color of clear sky
  • 6th chakra - blue, color of irises, deep clear water
  • 7th chakra - purple, violet color

A little explanation

If you don't know what to "sing" - sing " ohm", trying to get in unison with the music. When the singing goes up the chakras, each stage lasts about two minutes. A total of 14 minutes. When down, everything together takes two minutes. It turns out somewhere around two normal ordinary human " ohm a" per chakra. And 16 minutes per circle. You need to go down from the sixth chakra, since when moving up you stopped at the seventh and are there.
