Where are Mitsubishi cars assembled? Why cars localized in Kaluga are not getting cheaper. Where are Pajeros assembled?

One of the first associations that arises when we mention Japan, along with the words “land of the rising sun”, Fuji, sakura, is the name of the company - “Mitsubishi”.

This car manufacturer from Japan, even before the collapse of the union, excited the minds of domestic car enthusiasts. Therefore, when the concern appeared with its products in Russia, the interest in it from local drivers was already very high. Now, of course, the enthusiasm has waned a little, but there are still plenty of fans of this brand. And, of course, they are interested in - where are Mitsubishi assembled? and how this or that assembly differs.

Mitsubishi in the Russian automobile market

In English transcription, this name is written as Mitsubishi; in Russian-language texts, in addition to Mitsubishi, there are spelling variants Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi. However, all these are different ways of writing, which are used by not very knowledgeable citizens to find out where Mitsubishi is assembled for Russia and whose production is better to trust.

This industrial giant emerged almost a century and a half ago, in 1870, as a shipbuilding company that also repaired ships and organized their insurance.

After the First World War, the concern began building aircraft and continued to produce military aircraft until the defeat of Japan in the Second World War and forced reorganization with a transition to peaceful lines.

Nowadays the holding produces a wide variety of products from radio telescopes to electronic products. But the greatest popularity in the modern world, and in Russia in particular, the Mitsubishi brand is provided by the family of passenger cars of the same name.

The car-producing part of the Mitsubishi holding, called Mitsubishi Motors. This is an automaker of global importance with headquarters in Tokyo, confidently ranking among the twenty largest companies in the world ranking in terms of production volume.

The manufacturer's cars are very popular in our country. Russian car enthusiasts highly value the Mitsubishi Lancer and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, the Mitsubishi Outlander and Mitsubishi Pajero SUVs, as well as the less publicized products of the Japanese auto giant. True, the ongoing economic recession has led over the past year to a reduction in sales and even the withdrawal of some models from the Russian market.

The first Mitsubishi cars were imported into our country by residents of the Far East directly from Japanese car markets. Naturally, these were right-hand drive cars, usually with considerable mileage.

But the attractive price/quality ratio led to a rapid increase in the volume and organization of sales of cars with this brand in Russia and even the creation of its own assembly production.

The official importer of Mitsubishi products for Russia for a long time was the Rolf company. This largest dealer network in our country, founded in 1991 by Sergei Petrov, has now been transformed into a group of companies of the same name, which is part of the MMS Rus LLC holding.

One of the main activities of the holding is the import and distribution of both new cars and those with non-zero mileage.

Where are Mitsubishi cars sold in Russia assembled?

Naturally, potential buyers of Mitsubishi family cars are interested not only in the organization of their import and sales. Perhaps, customers are mainly concerned about the place of their production, that is, the question of where Mitsubishi is assembled for the Russian market.

Let's consider this issue in more detail.

1. The most significant part of the total number of Mitsubishi family cars sold in Russia is produced directly in Japan at the two largest car factories of this corporation:

    Nagoya Plant in Okazaki

    Mizushima Plant in Kurashiki

2. Some of the cars imported to Russia are assembled at a plant in the city of Normal, Illinois, USA. The plant is a joint venture between Mitsubishi and Chrysler, focused on supplying their products worldwide. Since 1991, the plant has been 100 percent Japanese owned.

This is where the popular ASX crossovers come to our market. And as users say, these machines are not only not inferior to their counterparts assembled in Japan, but also significantly superior in quality.

3. A certain proportion of Mitsubishi Pajero model cars from 2008 to 2012 were assembled in Thailand. Moreover, according to a number of reviews, the quality of these machines was even higher than those assembled in Japan. However, the company was closed after the devastating floods that hit Thailand in 2012.

4. In 2010, in Russia, in the city of Kaluga, a joint venture between Mitsubishi (30% of shares) and the French companies Peugeot and Citroen (70%), called Peugeot Citroën Mitsubishi Automotive Rus (PSMA Rus), was put into operation.

Several models developed by Mitsubishi are assembled here, in particular the Outlander and Pajero SUVs. Moreover, after 2012, these models began to be supplied to Russian dealers only locally assembled. Even the Pajero Sport version with reinforced engines and a completely different suspension has been produced for Russia only in Kaluga since 2013.

According to reviews from experts and buyers, these products are not inferior in quality to Japanese cars of the same name due to the plant’s strict adherence to technological discipline and assembly quality control measures. The conveyor is organized according to the large-unit principle and the vast majority of components come from Japan. Parts of domestic origin are used only in double-glazed windows and the exhaust system.

Thus, all cars of the Japanese concern for the Russian market, except for the Mitsubishi Outlander and Mitsubishi Pajero models produced after 2012, are guaranteed to be manufactured in Japan, Thailand or the USA.

In Japan, the company's first electric vehicle, called the Mitsubishi I-Miev, is also produced at the Kuroshiki plant, launched in 2012.

Assembly of Mitsubishi Pajero has been carried out for almost 37 years. The legendary SUV from Japan has become so popular that the company has already released its fifth generation. The model is also in demand among domestic buyers who are interested in where Mitsubishi Pajero is assembled for Russia. After all, even the start of car production at the plant in Kaluga did not allow us to fully satisfy the demand of all car enthusiasts in this region.

Where is Mitsubishi Pajero assembled?

The popularity of the Pajero model, which is sold in dozens of countries around the world, has led to its production at several factories. SUVs enter the Russian market from the following enterprises:

Nagoya Plant. The largest Japanese plant, where more Pajero are produced than elsewhere.

Mizushima Plant. An enterprise where a huge number of SUVs of this brand are also assembled, including Pajero.

    PSA Rus in Kaluga.

The Russian enterprise is a joint project of companies from the Russian Federation, Japan and France. The plant has been operating for 8 years, and recently there have been virtually no complaints about the quality of its assembly. The assembly for Ukraine was carried out at the same plant, but in Ukrainian car dealerships you can only find new Pajero from Japan.

Assembly of previous versions of Mitsubishi Pajero

Since its launch, the Pajero model has been produced in different countries and at several enterprises. However, most of the cars are of Japanese origin. There are two enterprises and a special track for product testing in Japan. From here, SUVs were and continue to be exported to the United States, Europe and Asia.

Mitsubishi Pajero assembly lines operated in Thailand for several years. According to some car owners, the Thai assembly was of higher quality even compared to the Japanese one, and was cheaper. The affordable price could have been a reason to expand production, but in 2012 the plant was destroyed by flood. After restoration, production of Pajero was not resumed, switching to the more popular Pajero Sport modification.

Build quality

Russian versions of cars, intended for the local market and several neighboring regions, differ from Japanese cars by the presence of a separate spar frame and a changed body design. The design of the front and rear axles, where LSD gearboxes are installed, has also changed. An important difference between the Kaluga assembly of Mitsubishi Pajero is a higher level of adaptability to domestic roads. The model demonstrates its off-road qualities much better, although it costs less than the Pajero from Japan.

When buying an SUV in the Russian Federation, you should know that its quality remains high for both Russia and Japan. The reasons are the quality control system, which is no different from the Japanese one, and the use of large-knot (“screwdriver”) SKD assembly from parts that are supplied from the main Mitsubishi factories.

This is the world's largest automaker, whose headquarters are located in Tokyo, the capital of Japan. In 2011, Mitsubishi Motors became the sixth largest Japanese automaker and the sixteenth largest automobile manufacturer in the world. But in fact, Mitsubishi Motors is just part of a very large holding company, Mitsubishi Corporation, which includes quite a few different areas of production, including aircraft.

Where are Mitsubishi cars assembled? The official importer of cars of this brand to Russia for a long time was the Rolf company; You have probably seen more than once on the back of Mitsubishi cars, along with the model name, there is also a nameplate with the inscription “Rolf” - it was this company (more precisely, a group of companies) that was engaged in the official import of cars from Japanese factories into Russia - today it is the company MMS Rus LLC.

Meanwhile, models for Russia are produced at the following company plants:

So, where are specific Mitsubishi car models assembled?

Where is Mitsubishi Lancer assembled?

One of the most purchased Mitsubishi models in Russia, which has gained popularity due to its aggressive appearance, like its main competitor - the Toyota Corolla - is a “purebred” Japanese and is assembled at the Mizushima Plant in the south of Japan, one might say, on a neighboring assembly line with right-hand drive variants of the model. At the same time, both simple Lancers and the dream of young people - Lancer Evolution - are assembled at this plant. However, the model does not come to Russia with such a strong increase in price as the same competitor of the model - Corolla, and the quality of Lancer is superior to many other competitors of the model.

Where is Mitsubishi ASX assembled?

Another one of the most popular models in our country, but as a compact crossover at an affordable price, the Mitsubishi ASX is no longer quite Japanese. The model, in addition to its native place of production, is also assembled in the USA at a plant in Illinois. And from Japan we receive models assembled at the Nagoya plant in Okazaki. It is difficult to say which car production is more numerous in our country: Japanese or American, however, it is believed that the latter are no worse than those made in Asia and even in some ways superior to the “purebred” Japanese in terms of suspension - occasionally there are complaints about squeaking in the elements suspension in the Japanese-made Mitsubishi ASX, which is practically absent in American copies of the car.

It should also be noted that ASX models began to be produced in the USA after restyling in 2012 (2013 model year) - until that moment, all Mitsubishis of this model came to us from Japan.

Where is Mitsubishi Outlander assembled?

And here is the first model of the automaker, which is produced in our country - the Mitsubishi Outlander is produced at the PSMA Rus Kaluga Automobile Plant in Russia. However, it will be possible to take a Russian-assembled model from more or less recent years - Outlander began to be produced in our country at the end of 2012 and, disassembled, they began to be delivered to Russia in their third restyled generation.

As a result, we get that:

  • models before 2012 (2 generations) produced in Russia - exclusively from Japan;
  • models of the 2010-2012 model year (third generation) can be found in both Russian and Japanese production;
  • and models after 2012 (fourth and so on generations) are exclusively Russian assembled.

However, there is no talk of deterioration in quality due to the relocation of the assembly to our country for a number of different reasons, the main of which, of course, is strict control over the quality of the Russian assembly of Outlanders and the fact that this assembly is large-unit, and the localization of Russian components relates only to glass elements and exhaust system components.

Where is Mitsubishi Pajero assembled?

A legendary car, the dream of millions and one of the first SUVs that began to be mentioned in the criminal world of our country in the dashing 90s. Pajero is one of the oldest models of the automaker - in 2015 it turned 25 years old, during which the model has gone through 5 updates, which, in general, is not so much when compared with modern realities, but also a lot, because you need to understand that this is a true SUV .

And for potential buyers of this model, we have good news; Mitsubishi Pajero has always been produced exclusively in Japan.

Where is Mitsubishi Pajero Sport assembled?

Another real SUV of the Japanese “diamond” (see Mitsubishi logo) and the no less legendary Pajero Sport has, perhaps, its most multinational history: generations that have been produced since the 2013 model year are produced exclusively in Russia at the same Peugeot Citroën Mitsubishi plant Automotive Rus" near Kaluga, models from 2008 to 2012 were brought to Russia from Thailand, and the very first models, starting in 1998, were “purebred” Japanese, although in 2004, trim levels also began to be supplied to Russia from the USA (in Japan At the same time, Sports for Russia also did not stop meeting). This is such an interesting geography of deliveries that Mitsubishi Pajero Sport has had over the entire history of the model’s existence!

Where is the Mitsubishi I-Miev assembled?

The first Mitsubishi company, which not so long ago managed to see the vast expanses of the Russian Federation, is also assembled exclusively in Japan - at the Mitsushima plant in Kurashiki.

Where are Mitsubishi assembled - summary table?

I bring to your attention a report from a new Pajerovod - a long-time reader of the site, Evgeniy Zaitsev. Who also started the new year with the right thing - purchasing a Mitsubishi Pajero 4! Urrrra comrades!

Analysis from a beginner's point of view is especially valuable. I took the liberty of inserting some small comments on the text.

So, we meet, read, ask questions.

So, on January 28, 2013, my childhood dream of purchasing a Mitsubishi Pajero came true. And it all started back in 1989, when I lived in Germany (my father was a military man) and two catalogs about Pajero-1 fell into my hands. Like any boy, I fell in love with the car right away. I started dreaming. Then, when Pajero-2 appeared in 1991, I put its picture in my wallet. And he continued to dream.

Time passed, school, college, work - in 1999 I was invited to work in my specialty in the Far East. Naturally, already for that time, the availability of Japanese used cars - the first Japanese car was the Toyota Carina 1992, then the Toyota Kaldina 2000, Toyota Corona Premium 98, Toyota Vista 95. (still drives, “it has gone through fire, water and copper pipes”).

But the dream of buying myself a full-fledged SUV always remained (although I forgot a little about Pajero - apparently the opinion about Pajero-3 had an impact: it turned out to be somewhat awkward, his admirers will excuse me. But they don’t judge tastes), especially since my brother was the first to buy a Toyota Land Cruiser 70, then changed it to Land Cruiser 100. The only question was money (at this point I had already started a family, had a daughter, moved to another city - Krasnoyarsk).

In 2012, the dream began to become reality - fortunately, circumstances at work were going well. I began to consider options, take test drives, watch videos, read articles. I began to consider a crossover as an option (the family has a passenger car - changing it to the same one, but I didn’t see the point in a new one).

December. And then information about Pajero-4 falls into my hands. I went to the official representative's salon, looked at the car, and sat in the salon. Manager Alexey offered to immediately take a test drive - we went straight to the field to check the capabilities of the car. I was delighted. ( VS: we are in quiet envy. We would give cars for test drives like that) I understand - this is what I want and will take. Moreover, I have almost decided on the price of a new car. The manager offered to take a repeat test at any free time for me.

I began to collect all the information about Pajero-4: articles, reviews, videos. I understood more and more - this is He, my Dream. The only question was: take it from the officials or import it from the UAE (if the price is comparable). Moreover, he knew that the Arab would be better equipped at the same price. I talked to the guys who drive cars from the UAE and asked to make a request: I needed one with a 3.0-liter engine (I know that with the 3.8 there were previously problems with turning the liners. Plus the tax on it is high because of the power), gray (or as the officials call it “gray graphite metallic”). Mandatory equipment included: a mechanical locking rear differential and a rear view camera. According to these indicators, the pre-maximum (Instyle) and maximum (Ultimate) configurations were suitable (the difference in price is 100 thousand rubles). In January, an answer came from the UAE - there are no 3.0 liters, there are 3.5 and 3.8 liters. But the delivery price tag is almost the same as the official one. Therefore, I decided to take it locally in the Instyle configuration.

I checked with the availability manager - there was only one gray one left, a 3.0 liter engine, everything I wanted was in it (no difference from the maximum: a multimedia system that you can install yourself, HandsFree Bluetooth System buttons with control buttons on the steering wheel, sensors light and rain, wheels 17 versus 18 at maximum speed).

The day “X” has come, the family has decided on the decision to “take it.” Signed up for another test drive. Manager Alexey suggested a more severe test drive and a longer one. The test drive was the same 3.0-liter engine. The car, even on ordinary studded tires, showed its best side: steep climbs, holes, bumps, snow along the thresholds, the ruts of previously passed cars and again covered with snow (I was even in one place when the car did not go from the first, second and third times he offered to refuse so as not to “torment” the car, the manager reassured him and insisted on continuing). I realized that Pajero-4 can do a lot.

Upon returning to the salon, I told the manager: “Order.” Moreover, there is currently a discount on cars of 2012 - up to 150 thousand rubles. I didn’t care about the year of manufacture (I’m taking it for myself, not for sale), the car is new (mileage on the speedometer is 5 km, brought to Russia in December). I immediately decided to take this discount: an alarm system with auto-heating, a pinless lock on the automatic transmission, a set of rubber floor mats for the interior, a rubber tray for the trunk, deflectors on the door, an iron protection of 3 parts (radiator, engine, gearbox), fender liners (I read a lot about poor sound insulation), put plastic protection on the headlights and protected the bumper, hood, front fenders and fog lights from chips with armor film (this was the case on the test car - I liked it - “the result is obvious”, there are no chips). Everything was done. And as I previously indicated - on January 28, 2013 I became the proud owner of a new Mitsubishi Pajero 4, with a 3.0-liter engine, Instyle equipment, gray color. My dream has come true.

Now I’ll try to go through the 28 shortcomings:

1. Bad sound insulation: perhaps for some it is so - I previously only drove Japanese cars - the level is the same, even better. I picked up the car in cold weather and didn’t find any crickets. I immediately installed the fender liners, I couldn’t hear the road. At speeds of 60-70 km. You can hear the stove operating at low speeds.

2. A bit cramped places driver and front passenger - In my family, the height does not exceed 180 cm. We have more than enough.

3. Problems with diesel ( Diesel detonates at 2000) - buy gasoline :-). I agree, I didn’t even consider diesel.
4. Small armrest on the front door: I didn’t feel it - the elbow fits well and doesn’t fly off when moving.
5. Bad sound closing the front doors: the sound is slightly “dull”, its heaviness is felt. Closes easily.
6. "Runy" signal:normal signal, no beeping.
7. No adjustments rudder according to reach - I have not had cars with such adjustment, so I do not suffer. – I agree that I do not suffer. What it lacks is more than made up for by the seat adjustments.
8. Hard suspension: suspension of a full-fledged soft SUV. Remember the UAZ. “Patriot” has not become much softer, but since he was a “goat”. That's how it remained. If you want something softer, take a crossover or a sedan.
9. Overpriced price for the official: I personally compared the possibility of buying an Arab - taking into account the New Year's discount, the official one is more affordable. Moreover, Arabs are not always the ones you need. For example, I wanted a 3.0-liter Arab - they don’t exist now. There are 3.5 and 3.8 liters - the price tag for delivery is the same as the 3.8 liter from the official. (VS: Now, with new customs duties and a single customs space, the Arab options have ceased to be interesting).
10. Bad aerodynamics, water from under the wheels gets into the slightly open windows: I haven’t ridden through puddles yet, so I can’t judge.
11. High probability rear bumper damage when driving along gullies: Time will show. While the running-in process is underway. “Pokatushek” didn’t suit me.

12. Fog lights, or rather their resource, leaves much to be desired. First they sweat, then they cover up for almost everyone: Time will show. In addition, I reserved it with film - let's see how this affects their safety. After all, it is known that foglights are a sore spot on many cars, taking into account the installation of glass instead of plastic (as was previously done on old Japanese cars). For example, a friend drives a 2008 Passat; in the summer, the windows burst from water twice in a month.

13. It accumulates on the ceiling condensate, and then flows through all the cracks, incl. and via DVD: Time will show.
14. Lowered glass dangle and rattle: there's no such thing. I personally tried to move it - there was not even any play.
15. Tuner"does not hold" channels when the signal weakens: agree. The built-in antenna is missing. Outside the city, the signal begins to lose. The second car has a Japanese tape recorder and an adapter for Russian bands - there are no such problems.

16. No memory seat and mirror settings – yes, it wouldn't hurt. – I agree, it could be put. But for such a price their absence is excusable.
17. B pockets you can't fit in with the door closed - That's for sure.
18. Mafon sucks: officials refused to accept Rockford. What I have is enough for me. There is no hearing for music - the sound seems normal.
19. Climate control lives its own life and its algorithm does not correspond to a sober mind: There are no complaints about the system. There are enough adjustments.

20. Folding system The seats leave much to be desired: enough for a normal location in the cabin. After passenger cars, where this is not possible at all, this is simply wonderful.

21. Doors they also live their own lives, and periodically rattle at a good speed, “sucking” the front doors in a strong crosswind: Time will show. I haven't driven at high speeds yet.

22. Every pebble flying into the glass can be the last for it (the glass). Probability of breaking several times higher than on other cars: No car is insured against chips on the glass. Even the coolest one. Look at how many glasses have broken: the slightest chip, hot air and a crack appears. Only the reservation saves. But according to the manager, booking with film is not recommended - over time, streaks from the wipers appear. But installing a fully armored one would have saved the situation (on Droma, one owner left a review about installing armored glass - now he has no problems).

23. The pads “strum” handbrake: Time will show.
24. Leads brake discs:Time will show.
25. Winter, problems with the plant at temperature<-30: Any car doesn't like frost. The ability to start in cold weather depends on many factors: the quality of gasoline, the oil filled, charging and age of the battery, etc. Therefore, when some people say that my car can start in any frost without warming up, you can be happy for it. But how long will this last? I immediately installed the alarm with automatic heating. In the summer, in addition to the signaling, I will install a pre-heater (why in addition: as you know, the pre-heater circuit can be installed for heating the engine (small) or for the engine and interior (large). In the latter case, there is excessive consumption of battery energy (we had a case: in 2009, friends came in January in a Padzherik 4 2009, the car sat in the yard for a couple of days. The heater was working along a large circuit - the battery was set to “zero”). Therefore, I will set the pre-start to warm up the engine (it works out a half-hour program) , then I turn on the alarm to warm up the interior.
26. Dumb machine gun: judging by the acceleration dynamics, the car is not for racing. But I didn’t set myself such a task. It is enough for a measured ride. Acceleration is acceptable. If you want it faster, switch to manual mode.

27. It’s especially wild to watch all this after the German cars: I'm a fan of Japanese cars. I have repeatedly heard that the Germans’ electronics are “stupid” in Russian winters – my uncle’s Opel Zafira “glitched” in the winter.
28. I’ll add on my own behalf if we’re going to lump everything together - frivolous exhaust sound, I would like it to be “more juicy”. Who cares, but I like it.

I'll add a little of my own:

I didn’t like the narrow footrests (you get out of the car, put your foot down, and three centimeters of the heel of your foot fits on it - if you stroke it, it will jump off). When landing, I don’t feel such a problem - I’ve gotten used to placing my leg sideways, and therefore the support is greater.

Regarding the stove: I mainly use the directions: “glass-legs” and “legs”, the other two “face-legs” and “face” are almost absent. In order to use the first two you have to constantly switch one “MODE” button. It’s a little more convenient with twists, because... Can be quickly turned clockwise or counterclockwise. On my second car there is a button for each direction - convenient.

Heated seats: only two positions. If they warm up, it can be hot even on moderate. On some machines, the knob has 4 ranges. This one wouldn't hurt.

But. For the capabilities of the car, I am ready to forgive it everything.

Well, that seems to be all my feelings at the moment.

Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is one of the most popular and inexpensive SUVs available in our country. Until last year, on the Russian market we could only see the Thai assembly of this car. But, since June 2014, production started in Russia. Of course, many people immediately began to doubt the quality and professionalism of our craftsmen. Let us consider whether they are right, and where Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is assembled for Russia. Does quality depend on where Pajero Sport is made?

The new generation of Mitsubishi Pajero Sport was first shown in 2008. The car came to our market from four countries. First it was Japan, where the car was produced in Nagoya province until 2010. Further, the Japanese assembly was joined by cars of Korean and Brazilian production.

The most popular among us is the assembly from Thailand. There, at the plant in Laem Chabang, these SUVs are still made. Their production is so high quality that even in the “bad” last year, 6,762 cars were sold in Russia. Representatives of the company would not have even thought about moving production, but in 2011 Thailand was hit by a powerful flood. It stopped the plant for a long time, and it was our market that was “missed” by 13% of the required quantity of Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. After this, it was decided to open a plant in Russia.

As already mentioned, since last year, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport has been assembled in Kaluga at the PSMA Rus plant. They not only make this car, but also create some of their own parts for it. Also, there is a full cycle, including all tests on the track.

The assembly of Mitsubishi Pajero Sport in Russia is done using the large-unit method. In fact, only the frame is created here. It is brought from the GAZ plant in Nizhny Novgorod, where it is welded, anti-corrosive applied, primed and painted. It is sent to Kaluga ready-made. Here, ready-made bodies with interiors, engines and transmissions are already waiting in the wings. At the factory, the frame is attached to the units and the chassis is installed on the body. So far, the degree of localization of this production is only 2%, but in 2015 it is planned to increase it. For now they plan to do this using interior mats and glass.

The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport of our assembly is not very different from the Thai one. The car received the same headlights. But the radiator grille and bumper are already new. Also, engineers changed the diameter of alloy wheels to 17 inches. The last change was the color of the rear turn signals. Now they are white.

As before, there is still a lot of space in the cabin, an interesting finish has been made, hard plastic and an angular dashboard with large buttons have been installed. The engineers immediately created an excellent multimedia system with a high-precision screen.

Now about the disadvantages. The front and rear seating position is typical for frame Japanese SUVs. She's too low. This is very noticeable in the back row. If the driver is large, then driving will be quite uncomfortable for him. The seat back is narrow, and there is not enough reach adjustment for the steering wheel. Therefore, you have to either sit closer or reach for the steering wheel.

In the design of the car, the rear axle rests on springs instead of leaf springs. This makes his ride anything but soft. On a rough road the suspension will wobble. Therefore, passengers do not feel very comfortable.

These are all the differences. And, most likely, the car will be produced in this form until the next restyling.

Now we know who produces Mitsubishi Pajero Sport for Russia, and how our assembly differs from the Thai one.
