The list is individual for each player. If the lists of players are the same, then if one of the players steals a car from the list, then the other player will be shown on the map where the first player is.
Most cars can be found in traffic around the city, but special cars (Tailgater and Bagger) are parked at special spawn points and are available for high-priority delivery (more on that below).
The player cannot deliver personal vehicles (if you have installed a tracker in LSC) for Simon, but you can put the cars he needs in your garage and deliver them later.
After you take possession of the vehicle, you will receive 2 wanted stars and you need to break away from the police. Afterwards, you need to repaint the car at any LSC workshop.
The player only needs to change the main color of the car. Any other modifications will not increase the selling price to Simon. Therefore, I advise you to spend no more than $780 on paint (excluding repair services).
After repainting, a point will appear on your map - you need to drive the car there and get your money (the reward system is also written below).
It is possible to make only one delivery of one car per day.
Every 24 hours (real-time) Simeon sends SMS messages requesting that the player find and deliver one of a list of cars to his garage in the Terminal.
Each SMS message lists five models that may be used to fulfill the request. All vehicles will be ones normally sellable at Los Santos Customs however exporting these "steal to order" vehicles at the dock will result in a premium payment over and above the normal sale price of these cars.

The text list is personalized to each player in the Free Mode lobby so another player stealing a car on the players list will not trigger the subsequent steps of the job unless they have the vehicle on their own list. It"s also possible multiple players will have different lists concurrently.
Most of the vehicles will be able to be found driving around in traffic but a few of the less common (e.g. the Tailgater and Bagger) will be more commonly found parked in one of the specific spawn points used by the High Priority Vehicle job described below . The player can not use a Personal Vehicle (i.e. one fitted with a tracker) to fulfill a Simeon order, however a Simeon requested vehicle can be kept as a Personal Vehicle by taking it into the player's own garage instead of delivering it.
Once a car is located to fulfill the request, the player will receive two wanted stars and will need to lose them.
After the wanted level has been lost, the player is instructed to respray the car.
Players only need to respray the primary color. There is no need to respray a secondary color if the vehicle has that option. Modifying parts or performance of the vehicle at LSC will not result in an increased payout over the amount spent and will normally result in a net loss. Expensive paint will not return more than the cheapest paint when the player is getting the vehicle resprayed so players should need to spend no more than $780 (excluding any initial repair costs).
Once resprayed, the player can take the vehicle to Simeon's garage, which will be marked with an Simeon-IconWhite-GTAOnline on the map and be available as a location on the player's GPS.
Completion of the delivery of a single car at the garage will complete the job, it is not possible to deliver more than 1 vehicle from each list.

They are small missions scattered throughout the map of Los Santos and Blaine County. There are 57 events in total, but you need to complete any 14 of them for it to count toward your 100% completion statistic.
Despite their name, random events are fixed to certain points on the map, marked with icons, and vary in theme - from racing to shootouts. The only factor of randomness is the time of appearance of the characters who give you tasks. They can not always be caught at the point and under different conditions. In addition, some tasks are intended for a specific hero (Michael, Franklin or Trevor) and can only be taken by him.

Two altruists are trying to harm a girl. Save her and take her home. She will pay you $80.

There are almost three hundred vehicle models in Grand Theft Auto 5 - this is much more than in any of the previous parts of the series. Vehicles change approximately once every four to five game hours, and this happens almost unnoticed. Most of the cars in the game do not have a permanent parking place, so it is not always possible to come to a certain place for a specific car. And often the search for the desired vehicle takes more than one hour, so sometimes it’s easier to buy a car than to steal it. But having found the desired car and finally got behind the wheel, you will be surprised to find that the streets are full of the same ones. The law of meanness, as it is. The car belonged to an Iranian fashion designer who died several years ago, and since then the expensive supercar has been gathering dust at the boutique once founded by this designer.
Of course, if it’s the end of the game, and you, following our tips for making money, have accumulated considerable sums in the accounts of Franklin, Michael and Trevor, it’s quite possible to buy a car: the Adder is sold in the legendarymotorsport.net store and costs one million dollars. Karin Futo
Sometimes, when switching from another hero to Franklin, he can be caught stuck in traffic. And almost certainly in this case, one of the cars standing next door is the Karin Futo - an old but quite powerful sports car that is very rare in the game. And this is one of the best opportunities to add it to your collection.
Well, if you want to transfer this car to another character, just make an appointment with him. Then, having picked it up, get out of the car as Franklin, switch to the person for whom the car is intended, and get behind the wheel. All that remains is to drive the car to the garage. However, do not forget about the peculiarities of the game mechanics: if you drive around the city in a Futo for some time, you will probably come across another (and probably even more than one) same car, and you will be able to put this rare model in the garage of each of the heroes without any hassle .
There is another way to get your hands on this sports car, but it will take more time. You need to go with Franklin to Vinewood to any intersection with heavy traffic, for example, the one located near the Avenue of Stars. After this, you need to restart the task and complete the mission to the end. Upon completion of the task, Franklin will find himself on the street in the same area of the city, and there is a very high probability that several Karin Futo cars will be near him at once, so stealing one of them will not be difficult.
In GTA Online, the desired vehicle can be found in several parking lots in the port of Los Santos, but the easiest way to find the Futo is near Simon Yetaryan's garage, where he accepts stolen cars. It is noteworthy that near the Beeker's Garage in Paleto Bay, there are sometimes tuned pickups that can be sold at a profit. Declasse Asea
The Declasse Asea is a small four-door sedan, the real prototypes of which, apparently, are the Dacia Logan and Chevrolet Aveo, popular with American housewives. Vapid Sandking XL
The huge Sandking XL pickup truck, familiar to fans of the series from GTA Vice City, is one of the best SUVs in the game. If you like the Sandking XL, but its size scares you, then perhaps you should take a closer look at the Vapid Sandking SWB model - this is a two-door pickup version with a slightly shortened wheelbase (SWB stands for Short Wheel Base). You can get hold of such a car in Blaine County, for example, in the town of Sandy Shores.
In GTA Online, the car can be found in the same places as in story mode. And if you drive a Sandking XL to the Discount Store clothing store on Highway 68 in the Grand Senora Desert during the day (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), a customized Sandking XL may appear in the store parking lot. Even if you don't need a second off-road pickup truck, you can sell it for a great deal.
Ubermacht Sentinel XS
The Ubermacht Sentinel XS, based on the BMW M3 E92, is an improved version of the regular coupe. Unlike the regular Sentinel, the XS version has a hard carbon roof and boasts unique tuning options. In addition, it has the best technical characteristics.
Alas, there are no parking lots where this car would be permanently parked, so you will have to look for it in traffic: the Sentinel XS is most often found in Vinewood and Rockford Hills, and occasionally the car can be seen parked on the side of the road. You can find Sentinel XS in GTA Online in the same places. The car is also sometimes seen in traffic on the Great Ocean Highway. In addition, a tuned Sentinel XS sometimes appears on new generation platforms: at night it is found near the Eclipse Tower (the tower with the most expensive apartments), and during the day it can be found parked at the Los Santos Customs salon in Burton. Albany Roosevelt

Tractor (rusty)
There are only two old and rusty tractors in the game that are still running. One of them can be obtained by completing all tasks of the Epsilon Program. This example is notable for having a unique license plate “KIFFLOM1”. True, by taking this tractor, you will lose the opportunity to take revenge on the cultists for all the bullying, and at the same time steal their Obey Tailgater in an exclusive blue color with two million dollars in the trunk. In GTA Online, unfortunately, the rusty tractor is not found at all, although it can be obtained with the help of some glitches. As for an ordinary tractor, finding it is not a problem in both single and multiplayer games: special equipment needs to be looked for where it should be - in the fields in Grapeseed and Paleto Bay, as well as in the vicinity of Sandy Shores.
Pegassi Zentorno
Zentorno is one of the fastest cars in the game, in addition, it has excellent acceleration, second only to the Progen T20 in this parameter. The cost of this hybrid supercar in the legendarymotorsport.net store is 725 thousand dollars, so it would be better to steal this car.
True, Zentorno is very difficult to find. Dinka Blista
Blista is a small sports hatchback that is extremely rare on the roads of San Andreas, not counting the Go Go Monkey Blista - a special version of the car that is given as a reward for taking all 50 images.
There is only one way to get regular Blista, and even that doesn’t give you a 100% chance. First, you need to reduce the “Population Diversity” parameter in the game’s graphical settings to the minimum value. After this, you need to go to Simon Yetaryan’s car dealership (it is located not far from the Ammu-Nation store with a shooting range), and, while near the dealership, start replaying the first story mission after the prologue.
The mission must be completed in full, driving the entire route with Lamar, getting rid of the cops and delivering the car to Simon's salon. When Franklin goes outside after the cutscene, the desired two-door hatchback will be parked not far from his personal Bravado Buffalo S sports car. Unlike the original Mesa model, the Merryweather can boast improved technical characteristics and significantly increased ground clearance, which provides the vehicle with greater cross-country ability: the “civilian” version of the Canis Mesa is a regular SUV, and the model used by the Merryweather is positioned as a full-fledged SUV. The body of the special version of the jeep is reinforced with an external safety cage, and the engine air intake is located under the roof, which, however, will not prevent the car from stalling as soon as the water level rises above the hood, so be careful.
There is only one way to get a paramilitary version of the Canis Mesa in the single-player mode of the game - by stealing it during or after one of the story missions, during which skirmishes with Merryweather fighters occur. Tasks and are best suited.
Stealing a mercenary-owned Mesa in GTA Online is much easier: once your character reaches level 35, you can use the services of Merryweather Security Consulting. The easiest way to get your hands on the Unmarked Cruiser is during execution - a passionate marijuana enthusiast who is encouraging the residents of Los Santos to take part in his campaign to legalize weed. After completing the story mission, you need, playing as Franklin, to go to the Textile City area and meet with Barry (on the map the meeting place is marked with a sign, or, if you have already met the agitator, playing for other characters). After a short cut-scene, during which it turns out that Barry’s branded weed, which he is so proud of, is, to put it mildly, not of the best quality, you can go about your business. After some time, the agitator will send Franklin a text message indicating the location of the vans with marijuana that is needed for the “sticking strike”, and will ask him to move them to his yard.
After this, several light green circles will appear on the map, marking the zones in which cars with a load of grass are located. To get the Unmarked Cruiser, you need to go to the one located in the Murietta Heights area in the eastern part of the city. However, occasionally it happens that this circle appears only after the van has been delivered, which is located west of the Maze Bank Arena stadium, apparently due to a bug. In this case, you will have to first deliver the first car with weed, and only then go for a unique police car.
Having arrived at the place, you need to drive up to the truck, which is parked at the warehouse. Franklin will call Barry for further instructions, and the agitator will inform him that the cops are on the prowl somewhere nearby. Well, that's what you need. If you wander around the area a bit without getting into a marijuana truck, you'll see two outfits on the Unmarked Cruiser in gray and blue. Feel free to throw out the driver and steal the car you like. All that remains is to break away from the annoying drug police and fail the mission by waiting until the time allotted for completing the mission expires, or by destroying the van with marijuana. If you want to get both special-purpose police cars into your collection (we remind you once again that you cannot modify service cars, including repainting them), start the mission again and do the same thing again.
But that's not all: Unmarked Cruiser comes in other colors - red and black. To get the red one, you need to do everything as described above, steal the blue one and get rid of the pursuit, and then replay the task again, arriving at the place in the same car. In this case, one or even both cars of the police officers sitting in ambush will be red. And if you first steal a gray Unmarked Cruiser and come to replay the mission on it, the cop cars (at least one of them) will be black. Moreover, black Unmarked Cruisers come with tinted windows or without tinting.
It is easy to calculate that in order to collect a complete collection of special-purpose vehicles (not counting the variants with different tinting, which come across at random), the mission will need to be restarted six times. But this method only works if the plot of the game has not yet been completed. However, it is still possible to get all variants of the Unmarked Cruiser, but it will be more difficult.
At night, police patrols drive quite often under the Olympic Highway, and the cops use not only standard Police Cruisers, but also black Unmarked Cruisers, although the latter are seen very rarely, and only between one and four in the morning. You may have to come here several nights in a row to catch this car.
