The situation with seals is worse. They constantly strive to move somewhere to the side or lean away from the door. This causes problems with closing these very doors. Although I replaced everything with new elements, I was not able to completely get rid of the rubber problem.
It's even more interesting with a steering wheel. At the Renault service station they assure that extraneous sounds when turning the steering wheel standard process. Fortunately, this happens rarely, but still the situation is strange. Much worse is the vibration that occurs along the way. It's really easy to get used to this.
In terms of dynamics, everything is fine. I didn't expect anything great from the 1.6 engine. When driving without extra passengers the car behaves adequately. On the highway, if necessary, you can overtake those in front cars without much effort. Traveling with family is a completely different matter. This is where dynamics are sorely lacking. Sometimes I get to a hundred in 16 seconds, if not more. This crossover cannot be recommended for adrenaline lovers. But like this family people like I should buy Renault Kaptur.
My conclusions
Renault Captur “Style” lives up to the money it is sold for. I advise you to buy the top-end equipment for everyday life. There is everything for comfortable ride. I immediately draw attention to the weak dynamics of the engine, but at the same time the suspension absorbs all the bumps very well.
