Yes, just “intercept”. It's like a battery. We tell our employees that our task is only to “recharge” the client so that he runs further. But we are not 220 volts. In the latter case, the client should contact the bank. If the client does not need the money immediately and is not ready to return it to short term, then the conditions at the bank will be better and cheaper for him. Therefore, if a client comes to us at “220V” and asks for a loan for six months, then this is not our client, this is a 100% default. Pawn money is very expensive. If an entrepreneur is smart, then he understands this perfectly. You can't go into a pawn shop for a long time.

There are different stories. For example, a client comes and says that the partners have not paid, and the employees need to be paid their salaries, which, by the way, they have already been waiting for two days. Where will he go? He took out a loan from us, after two or three weeks he turned around and returned the money with interest. But he retained his entire team, his authority.

We have entered into agreements with several professional sites. Usually within three to four days they take the cars from us, since we give them to them at a discount. All contracts are signed for a month. If a person does not repay the debt within this period, we have the right to take the car. When signing the contract, we tell the client that if the loan is not repaid, he will simply be left without a car. Everything is fair.

If a client, for example, has a problem unforeseen situation, does he have the right to renew the contract?

Certainly. He has the right to extend, that is, return the interest, re-sign the contract for a month and continue working.

So, are you trying to maintain normal relationships?

Yes. In most cases, in case of “default”, we ask the client to look for a buyer for the car. We give it a week.

So that he could sell it for more on his own?

Yes. Some people manage to find a buyer right away. He repays the loan and in the end the person still has a margin. If you don’t meet the deadline, the car goes to the site.

Let's return to the loan amount. For example, a car on the secondary market costs 50 thousand dollars. Is a person obliged to take out a loan for this entire amount or can he take out less?

Everything is individual. It all depends on the liquidity of the machine itself. For example, Nissan Note costs 10 thousand dollars.
